Good solid bench. Easy to put together. I could wish the seat had more the just 2 settings for flat and incline but lots of adjustment for the back rest of the bench is good. Really easy to just wheel around in my gym
You’re right to be sceptical when you look at the price. It’s sometimes hundred cheaper than bigger brands. I’m a pretty average weight and lift pretty average weights so it’s not liked this bench has been under the same load as if I was a descendant of Thor. More like peewee Herman. It’s sturdiness will depend on how you put it together, if you don’t follow the instructions it’s likely to be awful. However, I read the instructions, looked bewildered and then made a strong espresso. All of a sudden the pieces fell into place like a mirror smashing in reverse. Within minutes it was assembled and in use. Other than feeling like I’m going to fall off due to a touch of vertigo it’s a brilliant bench. My neighbour has spend several hundred more at another store and the bench is not any better. It isn’t a commercial/body builders bench but will more than work well for the average Joe weekend warrior.
Can I folded this bench?
This is an absolutely solid bench, and easily adjustable, some benches are a workout just to change the incline. The highest go up in 15° increments, very useful. The only downside is that it's a bit lower than I'm used to.
Sturdy, easy to change position. It’s not gym quality but considering the price paid Vs quality I’m very happy with it.

Not a sturdy feel to it, moves sideways a lot with weights on. So a bit scary a times, cushion is good. But overall average should be cheaper not the price I paid for it. Dissapointed
A really sturdy and easy to use bench which is an excellent bit of kit given the price. Took me about 45 mins to put together, but that's perhaps down to my DIY skill than the product. The only improvement I can think of is that the red handle to lock in the padded shin supports is a bit loose so this element wobbles slightly, but other than that if you're looking for a bench I'd highly recommend this.
This bench is absolutely perfect, does everything you need.

I bought this product for my son who is an international Alpine ski racer. He opened the box recently and assembled it. The product had scuffs from shipping/transit but much worse, the seat welds were wonky, causing the seat to set at an angle. Not what I'd expect from Decathlon, where I spend thousands each year.
