What Cities Does Decathlon Saudi Arabia Ship To?

Decathlon Saudi Arabia delivers to all cities in Saudi Arabia for parcel shipments. However, delivery and installation of heavy and bulky items are limited to the following cities:

Heavy and Bulky Shipments:

  • Abha, Dammam, Dhahran, Khobar, Al Awjam, Anak, Jubail, Ras Tanura, Safwa, Aqool, Asfan, Buraidah, Awamiah, Bahra, Bahrat Al Mojahedin, Qatif, Seihat, Deraab, Dhahban, Jeddah, Tarut, Jumum, Khamis Mushait, Ja'araneh, Al Hassa, Al-jsh, Madinah, Makkah, Kharj, Khulais, Nwairiah, Onaiza, Buqayq, Qassim, Hofuf, Muzahmiah, Jafar, Riyadh, Rabigh, Mubaraz, Shraie'e, Shumeisi, Taif, Qarah, Thuwal, Uyun, Waly Al Ahd, Yanbu.

For cities outside this list, we do not provide delivery or installation services for heavy or bulky shipments.

Parcel Shipments:

  • We cover the entire KSA for parcels. Parcel dimensions are limited to 60x40x40 cm, regardless of weight. Shipments exceeding these dimensions are classified as heavy and bulky.


What Are Home Delivery Fees?

The delivery fees vary according to the parcel's weight and the customer's basket size. The cost of the standard delivery depends on the weight of your order and the carrier used. The delivery price will be indicated on the shipping page.

Installation Services:

  • Installation services do not include tasks like drilling into walls or mounting items onto walls to prioritize safety.


How to Return In-Store Purchases?

  • Items purchased at Decathlon online can be exchanged or refunded at any Decathlon store in the KSA.

  • Please note that in-store purchases cannot be returned by courier and will only be refunded to you in the same method used for the purchase.

  • You have the right to exchange a product at Decathlon stores up to 30 days, whether you’ve bought it at full price or at a discounted price.

  • You have the right to return unwanted goods up to 14 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase.


How to Return Online Purchases?

  • Items purchased online can be exchanged or refunded at any Decathlon store in the KSA. You can contact supportksa@decathlon.com to schedule the return.

  • You have the right to exchange a product at Decathlon stores up to 30 days, whether you’ve bought it at full price or at a discounted price.

  • You have the right to return unwanted goods up to 14 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase.

  • While returning the products, please make sure to return them in the same condition as purchased (including manuals, accessories, and packaging).

Conditions:

  • The shipping cost of returning any product through home return will be at your expense unless the return is due to faulty items or wrong item delivery.

  • The cost of returning a replacement product proposed by us due to the unavailability of your initially ordered product is free of charge.

  • Any return or exchange, either at the store or for home collection, must include the printed receipt.

Non-Refundable and Exchangeable Items:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for consumer health and protection.


What If There Is a Manufacturing Defect With the Product?

  • If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, Decathlon Passion brand products come with a minimum 2-year guarantee. We will cover the return cost for such cases.

  • Contact our customer service at supportksa@decathlon.com to arrange a refund or replacement.

For Other Branded Products:

  • Non-Decathlon Passion brand products are guaranteed by Decathlon for 1 year unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Important Notes:

  • Decathlon cannot organize a return if products have been damaged on purpose or used outside of their means.

  • If the item is no longer under warranty, we will not be able to exchange or refund a faulty item. Warranty details are available on each product’s page on our website.


When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the products are received at our warehouse.


How Long Does It Take Until I Get My Order Delivered?

  • Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch it within one day.

  • Delivery time is as follows:

    • Main Cities: 1-4 days

    • Other Cities: 1-7 working days, depending on your location. In rare cases, delivery might delay up to 14 working days.

Note: Orders placed during the last week of Ramadan are subject to be delivered after Eid Holidays.

For any inquiries, kindly contact our customer service team. Please note that in case of delays, you may be asked to provide proof of shipment (e.g., receipt or tracking code) for investigation purposes.
