Small

Amazing small thing

Very good massage ball

Initially I was sceptical as it’s a very hard ball with a slim rubbery outer, however it’s very good for massage the feet and can get into tight muscles on the legs and torso. It’s the same size as a lacrosse ball and I assume the same texture (though I’ve never held one in my hand)

So good for sorting out foot problem

I used this as part of recovering from a leg/foot problem. My physio recommend something like this, found decathlon had something similar and it was just the same and much cheaper. Excellent!
