A multi-use speed bag
Our design teams created this speed bag / reflex stand set for boxers that want to train alone while improving their hitting skills, accuracy and reflexes. The base is weighted with 8 L water bags and consists of a metal rod topYou can screw on the reflex stand to the base to train dodging.
Training with an ergonomic speed bag
Longer than the classic version, this speed bag has ergonomic foam that guarantees proper hand protection. "You can confidently practise jabs, hooks and uppercuts," promises Daniele, a retired competitive boxer and Outshock product manager. The 8 mm wide, 12 cm tall spring is quite responsive, giving you a fast rebound.
Adjusting your speed bag and reflex stand
The height of the speed bag is easily adjustable thanks to a sliding system on the central metal rod. It's a must-have for intermediate boxers measuring up to 1.90 m tall.
How to properly use the speed bag
Prevent injury by always wearing hand protection when training with the speed bag. We recommend that you always use it with boxing gloves or mitts, rather than your bare hands.

Achetée pour mon fils, la Vis rouge de la tête a cassée net au 3ème coup de poing... Barre de réflexe tordue puis cassée au niveau des roulements peu de temps après . J'espère un défaut de qualité sur mon exemplaire, mais c'est inconcevable au regard du prix. A été changée sans problème sous garantie.
Toller Reflextrainer, auf dessen Release ich schon seit 3 Jahren gewartet habe. Sowohl Reflex Bar als auch Punching Ball funktionieren tadellos, das Gerät ist stabil verarbeitet und leistet sich bisher im Training keine Schwächen. Die Feder ist schön stabil und hält auch starken Schlägen stand, das Gerät fühlt sich somit nicht nach "Spielzeug" sondern eben nach einem ernst zu nehmenden Trainingsgerät an. Der Reflex Bar läuft geschmeidig auf einem Kugellager und sorgt für den gewünschten Effekt. Der Auf- und Umbau funktionieren einfach und problemlos. 2 kleine Wermutstropfen bleiben: Punching Ball und Reflex Bar nicht gleichzeitig nutzbar QR Code auf dem Gerät mit Workout Empfehlungen aufgrund der Oberflächenwölbung nicht lesbar. QR Code auf der Packung führt auf die franz. Seite von Decathlon.
