Good quality running shorts. Rear pocket is big enough for a smartphone. Probably not robust enough for keys. I'm a 36 inch waist and these are a little snug around the crotch.
Absolutely love these, no liner which suits me because I always cut them out. These are my go to shorts for training and race day. Lightweight and comfy with a handy little pocket.
