To find out your helmet size, just measure your head size (from the forehead to the top of the neck). This mountain bike helmet is available in three sizes:M: 55 - 57 cmL: 57 - 59 cmXL: 59 - 62 cm

We recommend replacing your helmet in 2 cases:1/ After a fallIn the event of a fall, the material of your helmet can deteriorate or even break. Sometimes, you won't even notice. That is why we recommend replacing it if you have the slightest doubt.2/ After 5 years of useThe foam of your helmet degrades over time. It can deteriorate due to impact, where it is stored, and its use. We recommend replacing your helmet at least every 5 years
How do you adjust the helmet?
Follow these 2 quick steps to adjust your helmet in 5 minutes:1/ Clip the 2 straps with the buckle: check that you can still slide 2 fingers between the strap and your chin.2/ Finally, adjust the tightness around your head.The helmet should be in contact with your head, without tipping forward, backward, or sideways, even when you're moving.

Good fit ,great value for money. Looks good, would have no problem recommending the helmet.
Really comfortable helmet and recommended at this price. Just as good as friends' helmets from big brands that are 2-3x the price. The airflow is really good and makes a real difference, especially when it's hot. Sits well on my head (size 59) and doesn't move. My only gripe is that the chin straps need to be longer, by 2-3 cm. If the female end was adjustable, that'd make the buckle sit more comfortably. When you take it off, you get an interesting hairstyle, much to the amusement of some locals in Bath last weekend.
Had a bad crash and my old Rockrider XC helmet did what it was supposed to do. Split the helmet but not even a mark on me! Replaced with another Rockrider XC helmet. Top quality at a great price.
