    How does the valve work?

    Our kids’ buoy has PVC one-way inflation valves. To inflate the product correctly, press the base of the valve to open it. The valve closes mechanically in about 2 seconds. As such, it is normal for a bit of air to escape after inflation. This is why you must close the cap quickly.

    Use restriction

    Not suitable for kids weighing over 30 kg.

    What if the product deflates when i inflate it?

    There could be a valve malfunction. The valve is not closing normally. Too much air is escaping before the cap is closed. To replace it correctly, pinch the valve 2 or 3 times with your fingers, then inflate the product to the maximum and close the cap. The flap should reposition itself properly.

    Recommendations for use

    After use, always rinse your buoy with clear water to remove chlorine, sand or salt. To avoid premature discolouration, when not in use, do not leave your pool ring in direct sunlight.

    4 holes!!

    Bought 2 of these for my twin boys last week for a holiday abroad. Opened the packs and one was fine and one had 4 holes!! Can’t even fix the holes as we only have a repair kit from another item for one hole only. Upset child and unable to use!! Now to purchase an overpriced one On holiday. Waste of money and we usually love decathlon items but also had a problem with a different item.

    Came with 13 holes !!!

    Received this pool ring with 13 holes. 13 HOLES !!! This is something INCREDIBLE...

    hard to inflate

    bought two for 3 year old twins. blowing up is easy by mouth but as soon as you remove your mouth , rings start to deflate, non- return does not seem to work. By dint of effort over ten minutes I manage to get a reasonable amount of air/ inflation in, but overall a very disappointing result .Obviously you can't trust a ring on its own and will keep an close eye on , but I am going to look around for better/ safer versions.Would not buy,
