Weight training disc collar dimensions

Closed diameter:- 28 mmWeight:- 52 g eachThe disc collars are sold in pairs, so you'll need two packs if training with two dumbbells.

Why choose this pack of weight training disc collars?

In weight training, disc collars are an essential accessory, and yet they are sometimes tricky to manipulate (especially the butterfly disc collars!). That's why we've designed this disc collar to be easy to put on and remove in just a few seconds with only one hand. Its 5-point tightening system ensures your safety by preventing weights from sliding on the bar (up to 15 kg if the dumbbell is vertical).

Installing your weight training disc collars

Disc collars are installed on barbells or dumbbells, after you place your weights, to hold them in place as you work out. Here is how to install this one:- Lift the burgundy tab to loosen the disc collar.- Slide the disc collar onto your 28 mm bar or dumbbell.- Close the disc collar by closing the burgundy tab.And your disc collar is on!Remember to place on each end of your bar.

Using your disc collar in complete safety

Max supported weight in vertical position:- 15 kgAlways check that your disc collars are closed before beginning your set.The pressure exerted by your weights on the disc collar is relatively low in a horizontal position, which is why we do not list a maximum weight supported horizontally.

What dumbbells and bars are compatible with the disc collar?

This disc collar is compatible with 28 mm bars (unthreaded)For example:- 1.20 m curl weight training bar (ref: 8484124)1.55 m weight training bar (ref: 8289896)2 m weight training bar (ref: 8289900)- 1.20 m weight training bar (ref: 8289897)- 35 cm dumbbell bar (ref: 1041986)- 86 cm triceps bar (ref: 8484125)However, these disc collars are not suitable for 50 mm bars.

What to do if your disc collar breaks

To ensure your safety, these disc collars cannot be repaired. That said, if it breaks under normal conditions of use (respecting the maximum weight), you can bring it to a store to find the most suitable solution.

How to store your disc collar

Always remove the disc collar from your bar at the end of your workout.Store it in a cool, dry place out of the light.

Excelent product

Functional!

Simple product to buy to lock weights to weight bar. Only issue is they're limited to 15kg on each end, so more of a barbell clamp, than for a larger bar.

Not Good Grip

Don't grip the bar very well meaning the weights can move a little.
