We designed this target pad with soft foam to help you safely improve your technique. The absorption rate has been tested to ensure you can kick without getting hurt. The PU outer offers excellent resistance to wear. "You can kick the target pad over and over without worrying about it ripping," promises Enrique, Outshock product manager.

Since it's better to train on this target pad with a partner, we designed it so it's easy to hold in every direction. We created a lightweight product with a ventilated material over the grip. Being lightweight makes it easy to quickly change directions.
