B'Twin Look Keo Compatible Cleat Covers

Bought a pair of Look pedals and got some of these cleat covers to go with them. Went for a short ride to try out the pedals which are great. Stopped on the way back for a coffee and grabbed a few bit from the local shop. Had put on the cleat covers and walked the few yards back down the street to my house. The rubber wore out in the short walk, the cleats were poking through. Terrible quality, made of cheese. Avoid.

Bought these Look compatible cleat covers on June 19th and less than one month later they have worn through at the toe point. I've only been on 7 rides where they have been worn for a limited time of actual walking only (maximum, one 10 minute walk). The rubber is too soft and should be more substantial. I appreciate a harder material can become more slippery as it wears down but perhaps a redesign of the grip on the sole part that is more like a pimpled astro turf boot should be considered. I will be switching to the branded Look cleat covers from now on. Robin, UK

Has saved my cleats from wearing down so quickly on time between being on the bike at coffee stops. Easy to fit and remove, and do not come off on walking.
