Checks to make before installing an inner tube:
Check the condition of your tyre and replace it if necessary. Make sure there are no foreign bodies in the tyre. Check the condition of your tyre rim strip. A rim strip that is even slightly bent can cause punctures. Check that your rim does not have any other issues that could damage your inner tube
Choosing an inner tube:
To maintain your bike properly, it\'s important to know the exact dimensions of your tyres. This information appears on the tyre sidewall (diameter and width). For example, 26x1.40 means that the tyre is 26 inches in diameter and 1.40 inches wide. On the tyre sidewall you will also find the dimensions in mm in ETRTO international units. For example, 38-559 means that the tyre is 38 mm wide with a 559 mm internal diameter (approx. 26x1.50).
Pro advice:
Check and re-inflate your tyres if necessary before each ride to avoid pinching.
Inflating a tyre:
Follow the pressure recommendations shown on the sidewall.Check the alignment of the tyre regularly during inflation.
How to change an inner tube:
Follow the steps in our video:A small amount of air pressure, a well inserted valve, a well fitted inner tube, and no tension or pinching in the rim.
Product Reviews

All inner tubes from Decathlon are very durable and haven't given me any problems in over two years of use.
Valve not long enough
Correct size and valve type. Only thing missing is the threaded valve retainer.
