How to change an inner tube:
Before installing your inner tube, watch our video, inflate it slightly, insert the valve, fit it properly into the tyre and then into the rim.
Checks to make before installing an inner tube:
To avoid repeated punctures, carefully inspect the tyre, rim tape and rim each time you change.
Fitting a tyre:
Start mounting the tyre at the valve. Finish mounting the tyre opposite the valve to avoid pinching the inner tube. Never mount your tyre with a tool or a tyre lever, as you risk pinching and puncturing the inner tube.
Pro advice:
Tyre pressure must be adjusted before each outing to avoid punctures caused by pinching.

Choosing an inner tube:
To maintain your bike properly, it\'s important to know the exact dimensions of your tyres.This information appears on the tyre sidewall (diameter and width).For example, 20 x 2.00 means your tyre is 20 inches in diameter and 2.00 inches wide. On the tyre sidewall you will also find the dimensions in mm in ETRTO international units. For example, 50-406 means that the tyre is 50 mm wide and has an inside diameter of 406 mm (i.e. 20 x 2.00).
Inflating a tyre:
Before inflating, mark the recommended values on the tyre sidewall.All the while, make sure it\'s properly positioned.

I've bought goop-filled inner tubes from Decathlon before for my kids' bikes and they seemed to prevent punctures (or maybe my kids just suddenly got very lucky!). Got tired of punctures on the back wheel of my folding eBike (always in the dark when it's raining - you can't see the broken glass and the water acts as a lubricant helping it penetrate the tyre tread) so I replaced the tube with this one. It's a little heavy. but it'#s an eBike with a heavy motor in the hub so I'm never going to notice. No punctures so far, but it's only been on a few weeks.

Inside the tube there's an orange liquid as sealant. It's not the technology in the description.
