Great for my running training & every day use.
Great for running but the phone pocket is too small for Samsung a12 and you occasionally catchv your hands in side povke
The "Phone Pocket" is too small to fit a standard smart phone which is disappointing. Otherwise decent light running shorts, although you should note they don't have an inner.
