I didn't want to fork out a load of money for an excercise plan that I couldn't follow through with. I am new to weight training after having a baby a year ago. It's easy to assemble, you get what you pay for. The only issue I've found is that the grips for your hands are ridiculously rough so get yourself a pair of gloves it you buy this product, and also the entire thing is covered in 'dust' - the inside packaging is made from an odd type of cardboard and leaves residue all over the item.

Good value for money and seem well made. Been using them for a few weeks and no problems
