      Slim your figure at home by pairing strength work with cardio. The MS100 stepper uses your abs and lower body muscles (glutes, thighs, calves, etc.) for a thorough all-round workout. Our designers have developed this easy-to-use stepper to be easy and intuitive to use.

      With the MS100 stepper, you use all of your muscular and cardiovascular systems at the same time. The more workouts you do, the better your breathing and coordination will be. Kick off your workout with a 3- to 5-minute warm-up. Next, spend around 20 to 30 minutes working your muscles. After this, cool down gradually and then do a few stretches to increase your muscle flexibility and avoid injury.

      Go even further by adding difficulty...

      If you want to give your core and abs an even more thorough workout, you can twist your hips with each step. This requires extra effort but will give you a more all-round workout.

      Use the counter and the 4 trackers!

      You can track the progress of your session and your performances by looking at how many reps you've done, how long it has been since you started, the pace you're going at, and how many calories you've burned since the start of your workout. You can then analyse these indicators to see how much you improve from one session to the next!

      Moving and storing the MS100 mini stepper

      It is so small and compact that you can easily move it from one room to another. At the end of your workout, you can tuck it away almost anywhere.
