this cross trainer was excellent value, the quality of the machine feels like it would have cost a lot more, very smooth when using, no noise, robust strong and fits in a small room very well. very happy with it,
Delivered faster then expected, and easy to pit together. Very quite machine and started seeing results in just 2 weeks.
The best cross trainer I have purchased and fits perfectly in the bedroom. Brought it during second lockdown to mentally get back into fitness and it helps a lot even during the third lock down.
Does the job, isn’t too big for small spaces. Was easy enough to build. Ask for help getting it up the stairs as fairly heavy

I bought this for my mum who is 70, she loves to walk but sometimes she’s not able to go outside so she uses this product at home and has lost weight especially around the waist and it keeps her fit.
I visited Decathalon on Teusday, 11/09/2018 with a view to purchase a cross trainer, about which I know nothing ! I am 72 years of age with a very worn right knee . I needed some form of exercise which did not too much strain on my knee . I was directed to the correct area and the correct advisor by the name of Oliver , who was very informative and kind .I went on to purchase a Domyos EL 100 , with which I am very pleased and suits my needs exactly . Thank you very much Oliver !

Your cross trainer's stride length is important
Cross trainers work all of your muscle groups (lower and upper limbs, torso, back, and core). The broader your movements, the more these muscles work and the greater your cardio intensity. This is also related to the resistance level you choose. At Decathlon, our quest for excellence means that we don't design cross trainers with a stride length below 31 cm - the length for the 100 model.
The flywheel affects how smooth the cross trainer feels
At Decathlon, we want to give our customers and users clear, reliable information. Lots of companies will talk about the "inertia", the "flywheel" or even the "moment of inertia", which makes it hard to compare products. We've therefore chosen to give the actual weight of the flywheel, which has a bigger effect on kinetic energy and therefore on how smooth the cross trainer feels.
