This hat has 2 tightening systems: - Adjustable neoprene chinstrap for excellent hold in waves, particularly when duck diving and falling. - An elastic tightening strap around the head to adjust the size of the hat and increase its hold in waves.

Behaviour when in the sun

Although this hat provides protection from the sun, phenomena such as reverberation, heat and the time of day need to be taken into account if you want to enjoy your water sport in complete safety. Wearing this hat does not exempt the wearer from following the relevant advice: wearing sunglasses, regular application of a suitable sun cream, wearing an anti-UV top or water t-shirt, regular hydration, etc.
