In yoga, the thickness of the mat is important. It must be thick and comfortable enough to protect your joints and back during the posture sequences, and enable you to keep your balance. But be careful, for good stability and to feel your connection to the ground, it shouldn't be too thick either. The recommended thickness for yoga mats is between 1.5 and 8 mm. With its 4 mm thickness, our yoga mat is right in the middle of the pack.
Once rolled up, the mat is easy to transport using the carrying straps supplied.

"Over time, dust, creams, sweat and other residues end up damaging the grip layer of polyurethane mats. That's why it's essential to clean them regularly. To do this, clean your mat with warm soapy water and a microfibre cloth. If the dirt is well embedded, you can leave it to soak for a few minutes. Then let it dry naturally before rolling it up again.Avoid exposing it to the sun".
