The so-called twist effect happens when a shin guard slips out of place during training, either to the side, or up or down. Sometimes you feel like you've spent the entire session rearranging them. This is why we are proud to offer this "No Twist" foot and shin guard, which provides a real solution. Now fighters can fully focus on training! You choose your foot and shinguard according to your height: S = 155 - 165 cm M = 165 - 175 cm L = 175 - 185 cm
This foot and shinguard is considered to be personal protective equipment. As such, it has been designed in compliance with current European standards (EN13277-2 standard). In addition, it has been laboratory tested and approved by our Outshock team and by a panel of users in real life conditions.
During training (even low-intensity training), always remember to wear protective equipment to avoid injuries. Wearing equipment is just as important for you as it is for your opponent, as a majority of injuries are accidental.
