What ball size to choose?

The ball size depends on the player's age and/or sex. What pressure should you inflate your ball to?

Inflating the ball correctly is essential if you want to have fun and practise efficiently. The optimum pressure is indicated next to the valve. If you don't have a pressure gauge, drop the ball from shoulder height and it should bounce back to waist level.
