The Training Station 900 is a pull-up and dip station that you can use for functional bodyweight exercises that train your upper body, whether you want to retain or build muscle. You can also weight yourself down (with a belt or jacket) to increase the challenge. For your comfort, the handles for pull-ups and dips are non-slip and padded where you place your elbow.
