Our bands are not designed to be used in a pool: we do not test their chlorine resistance. Do not store them where they may be subject to large temperature variations or direct sunlight. Finally, to keep them in good shape for a long time, do not use them with abrasive or sharp objects.
Each colour corresponds to a level of resistance: Blue:5 kg // Green: 15 kg // Yellow: 25 kg // Orange: 35 kg // Red: 45 kg // Black: 60 kg Are you just starting weight training? Choose a band with light resistance, such as 5 kg, and then gradually increase. On the other hand, are you trying to lighten your load?
