The resistance of the 25 kg band can help you lighten your load during pull-ups on a bar (ref: 8385106) or a rack (ref: 8651534) for example, or for starting out with an ab wheel (ref: 8660093). It can also prove useful for lightening the load on a dip bar (ref: 8584544). The greater the resistance of the band, the easier the exercise will be.
- The band is 1.04 m long when slack. - The band width is 24 mm. - It provides 25 kg of resistance, meaning that you need to apply a force of 25 kg to stretch the elastic to 200% of its length.
Our bands are not tested for chlorine resistance, so we do not recommend using them in a pool. Do not store them outdoors or in direct sunlight, but instead choose a place with a consistent temperature. Finally, to keep them in good shape for a long time, do not attach them to abrasive or sharp objects.
