Strength training workout focused on glutes: - Side walk 3×12-20 reps/side - Squat, band at knees 3×12-20 reps - Donkey kick 3×12-20 reps/side - Glute bridge 3×12-20 reps Short 1-minute recovery between each set. Gradually increase the number of reps until you reach the maximum. Then reduce the size of the band to increase the difficulty.
Compared to a classic band, this one has two advantages: - No need to hunch down to put it on. Practical for those with poor balance or if you're using it for circuit training: you can put it on much faster than a standard elastic. - It has an adjustable length, adapting to the range of motion you need for each exercise. No need to buy one short band and one long one, this one does both!
