Clever elastic pulling system

This Rowing Machine 100 also features an innovative pulling design with elastic bands so that rowing feels as smooth as with a traditional rower. We spent a long time testing the elastic bands to make sure they are sturdy and durable. They are guaranteed for three hours of weekly rowing. We created a clever system that lets you swap out the bands if you want more or less resistance.The product is supplied with two bands:- Moderate resistance- High resistance
