After numerous tests, we concluded that a 33 cm stride provides the perfect balance between efficacy and smoothness/pedalling comfort, all while remaining compact enough to use at home. This stride length also fully engages the muscles of the lower and upper limbs, the torso, the back, and the core. A 33 cm stride also allows you to vary your exercises, from intensive intervals to gentler, more prolonged workouts.
