Description
These wrist and ankle weights intensify your strength sessions. Strength, endurance, tone: the winning trio at your fingertips (and toe-tips)! And as a bonus, they'll boost your balance and coordination by engaging your core. Whether you're a novice or a pro, you can personalise your fitness challenge. Want visible results? A more effective workout? These little weights make all the difference. Give them a go and discover a new dimension to your physical potential!
Their secret? An ingenious design that makes them almost imperceptible during your workouts. With their ergonomic shape and adjustable rip-tabs, they fit perfectly around your joints. The result? Complete freedom of movement, with no discomfort at all. Whether you're jumping or dancing, these weights won't budge. So you can tone your muscles with complete peace of mind.
Maximise your results safely: - Always start with a warm-up to get your muscles and joints ready. That's the key to avoiding injury. - Next, attach your weights securely but not too tightly. They need to stay in place without hampering your movements. - Listen to your body: adjust or remove the weights the instant you feel any discomfort. Remember that form is more important than resistance. - For the perfect finish, have a nice stretch.
Transform your routine with these 2 kg weights! Legs: side elevations and front extensions to tone up those muscles. Upper body: crunches for washboard abs and arm extensions for pumped guns. These versatile weights intensify every movement for rapidly visible results.
These weights are the perfect training buddy for your everyday strength workouts. But be careful: it's best not to run or walk with these weights. According to physios, your joints aren't designed for the excess load when you're moving.
To mix up the intensity, you could try: - the 2 x 0.5 kg wrist and ankle weights (ref 8358970) - the 2 x 1 kg wrist and ankle weights (ref 8358972)
