Description
Spice up your bodyweight workouts with these push-up bar grips. They keep your wrists straight for optimal comfort and maximum range of motion during your push-ups.Clip the rounded base under the handles to switch to instability mode and dramatically increase the intensity! You'll work your chest, triceps and shoulders more while strengthening your core, proprioception, balance and coordination.
Whether you're doing bodyweight or fitness training, use these bar grips to vary your positions and angles for complete workouts that are never dull. Perform classic or wide push-ups to target the pectorals, close push-ups for the triceps, or decline push-ups to intensify the effort. Thanks to the modular elements, create instability and transform each movement into a challenge of balance and coordination.Try alternating push-ups, mountain climbers on bar grips, or dynamic core training.
These push-up grips hold up to 110 kg, spread across both grips.
Each bar grip measures 19.5 x 18 x 14 cm and weighs 115 g.
Complete your fitness arsenal with the ab wheel (item: 8933020) to sculpt your abs on any surface (parquet, tile, concrete) at home or in the gym.It can be conveniently dismantled instantly for storage and transport. For added comfort, add the Training Mat 50 (ref. 8975459), which is compact, portable and non-slip.
Depending on your goals, use the handles on their own or attach them to the rounded bases to switch to instability mode. Handy tip: the rounded bases are reversible and adapt to your training surface. One side grips perfectly to hard floors (parquet, tiles), the other to soft surfaces (carpet, rugs).
Let Freeletics, your personal digital expert, coach you! The app offers a variety of programmes for the unstable bar grips: upper body muscle strengthening, core training, bodyweight exercises...Set up your equipment, track your performance in real time and boost your motivation with an active community of fitness enthusiasts.Exclusive offer:get 50% off your annual Freeletics subscription when you buy this product.
