Description
It is possible, and perfectly normal, that your handgrip starts to squeak after being used a lot. Newer versions of the product should not do this, but if you bought yours before 2023, it may happen. All you need to do is apply some WD40 and that should solve the problem!
It is important to warm up and increase the load gradually. Contrary to popular belief, holding the handgrip in the closed position works best, rather than doing a large number of repetitions.
So we can offer you a handgrip that is durable and easy to adjust, we have chosen a compression spring that is stronger than a conventional spring: in traction. How do you adjust the handgrip? - Spread the handles and push the green slider up or down to increase or decrease the resistance. - With textured polyamide handles to ensure a good grip for the hands.
