For 27.5" inner tubes and wheels.
Description
Check your tyre for wear by inspecting the tread. There are two tell-tale signs:if you can see the protective underlay beneath the tyre, or if the tread pattern has worn away.If either of these is the case, it is time to fit a new tyre.
To remove a worn tyre, start by removing the wheel from your bicycle and then completely deflate the inner tube.Next, push the sides of the tyre inwards to detach it from the rim. Now take the DECATHLON tyre levers (ref.8930710). Use them as levers to pull the tyre over the rim. If necessary, attach a tyre lever to a spoke to keep the opening open, then repeat the process until one entire side of the tyre is free.
Diameter: 27.5" Width: 2.20 Tyre bead: Stiff Assembly: Tube Type (inner tube) Rubber: single rubber Puncture protection: no Carcass: 60 TPI ETRTO: 57-584 Weight: 810 g
Before inflating, check that the tyre is properly seated on the rim. Then refer to the information on the sidewall of the tyre.Adjust the pressure according to these values to ensure proper inflation.
Mount the first side of the tyre, paying attention to the direction of rotation, if specified.Insert the slightly inflated inner tube into the tyre.To mount the remaining side, start near the valve to avoid pinching.
