Description
Prepare gently with light dumbbells to refine your movements and posture before moving on to heavier weights. To avoid injury, always remember that the quality of the movement is more important than the load lifted. Also remember that a dumbbell may seem light at first, but becomes heavier with each repetition. At the end of your session, you should feel that your muscles have worked well, but you should still have some energy left.
For an effective fitness session, start with a thorough warm-up using light weights to prepare your body. If you're just starting out, opt for light weights so that you can master each movement. To make progress without burning out, gradually increase the load. Adding 0.5 kg every two sessions will let you push your limits gently and boost your progress!
