1) Open the dust protection cap. 2) Pull the air hose out as far as it goes by grabbing the pumping head. 3) Select the right-hand connection for your inner tube valve (black: fat valve (schrader) and grey:slim valve (presta). 4) Screw the pumping head onto the valve until it no longer turns.5) Unscrew the pumping head by rotating it.
No need to look around for your air hose any more: it's attached to the pump.It'll slip through any gap and it knows a thing or two about spokes - no problem reaching between them.
