This fitness mat does not slip on the ground.
This mat gives you an initial layer of comfort between yourself & the ground
Description
160 x 58 x 0.7 cm, with a weight of 0.29 kg.
To keep you motivated, it's essential to choose a comfy fitness mat. Make sure it's thick enoughFor gentle, barefoot activities, opt for a mat at least 10 mm thick with a soft texture. If you do dynamic muscle-strengthening exercises, 7 mm is enough. The length is also important. For example, for Pilates or strengthening, choose a mat that is the same size as or bigger than you.
When you're doing toning exercises such as planks, it's important that your mat is resistant to the wear and tear caused by your shoes. To do this, place the grey surface against the floor and position yourself on the coloured part fitted with anti-abrasion film. This way, you can train with shoes on, without risking damage to your mat.
300 ml of water, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, 5 drops of lavender essential oil: this is our secret recipe to clean and scent your mat after every workout. For those who want a ready-to-use product, try our yoga mat cleaner with essential oils (reference: 8491191)
