Junior punching ball + 4 oz boxing gloves set

This free-standing punching ball is designed to introduce kids to boxing movements at home.

Design

This punch ball has been designed for training your punching. The foam ball and stable base with a metal spring ensure a good response to your punches. The height (115-135 cm) can be easily adjusted using the dial on the centre of the metal plate. The punch ball comes with a pair of junior gloves, size 4 oz (5-10 years).

HOW TO USE IT

Always use boxing gloves when hitting the bag. Without them, you risk injuring yourself (burns, bruises).

Padding

You can fill the base with sand (25 kg) or water (18 L). If you fill the base with water, we recommend not filling it to 100%, and particularly not jumping on the filled base

A fun way for kids to discover boxing. The free-standing weighted base is easy to use and move around. For kids under 160 cm tall.
