In Pilates, resistance bands allow you to work on both stretches and strength training. This pack of three bands with different resistance levels (2 kg, 3 kg, 4 kg) allows you to vary the intensity of your exercises, make progress in both strength and flexibility, and adapt your workout to different muscle groups. The resistance of a Pilates band refers to the force that you need to apply in order to stretch the elastic. For these 2, 3, and 4 kg bands, these number indicated the equivalent weight that you'd need to move to stretch the band. The higher the resistance, the harder it is to stretch, which allows you to strengthen your muscles by working against that tension.

To maximise the life span of your resistance bands, we recommend: - Wash them carefully with a damp cloth and warm water after each use; - Occasionally sprinkle them with talcum powder; - Store them away from direct sunlight and far from any heat source. Ideally, store them somewhere where the temperature will not exceed 30°C; - Do not leave them in your vehicle, where the temperature variations can cause damage.
