To give you a product that lasts, we've covered the impact zone with a PU coating designed to withstand friction and wear. And to help you work on your accuracy, we've also added a target in the centre of the pad.
Punch mitts are designed to work the fists and movement. If you're looking for a product that also allows you to work on your kicking, opt for a PAO (ref: 8844149).
If you want to progress in boxing, working with punch mitts is a must. You work in pairs with a partner who wears the mitts and shows you the different targets to hit, while you move around (it's more fun and more challenging than a punch bag). You'll learn certain combinations and gain in precision and speed. The variety of work you can do with punch mitts keeps you motivated.
When you hold the punch mitt, you need a good grip and comfort. Its curved shape absorbs impact. So we've added the following to our product: - a rip-tab strap in addition to the glove.
