The training boxing gloves are available in several sizes to fit every hand. Pick your glove size based on your weight and your hand size. For women: 45 to 55 kg -> 10 oz 55 to 65 kg -> 12 oz 65 to 75 kg -> 14 oz Over 75 kg -> 16 oz. For men: 35 to 55 kg -> 8 oz 55 to 65 kg -> 10 oz 65 to 80 kg -> 12 oz 80 to 95 kg -> 14 oz > 95 kg -> 16 oz.
Wearing boxing gloves without wraps or inner gloves is like wearing shoes without socks. It's neither pleasant nor practical. To limit rubbing, absorb perspiration and provide the support you need, wraps and inner gloves are a must. Wear them under your gloves for every single training session.
