You must check the wear on your bike tyre.If the tread is smooth or the tread blocks show signs of wear, don't hesitate to replace your tyres.This will prevent punctures and allow you to ride safely.

Remove the wheel from your bike and deflate the inner tube.Press on the sides of the tyre to remove them from the rim.Use DECATHLON tyre levers (ref.8930710). Insert one under the tyre to lever it out.Attach it to a spoke and repeat the operation to release one complete side of the tyre.Then pull on it to remove it from the wheel.
Mount one side of the tyre, following the direction of rotation (if indicated).Insert the inner tube, which has been slightly inflated beforehand, then mount the other side, starting with the valve, to avoid pinching.
When inflating, check that the tyre is correctly fitted on the rim.Then look at the values marked on the sidewall of your tyre.Inflate to the pressure indicated on the tyre between the minimum and maximum values.
