Next, adjust the length of the elastic so that the ball falls at the level of your wrist with a closed fist. Then tie a knot. The extra elastic can be cut or tucked into the headband. For experienced boxers, reduce the distance between the attachment and your wrist.
Ideally, you should train with gloves, glove liners, or mitts to protect your hands, particularly for regular workouts. Put yourself in a combat situation and get out your best footwork.
