First of all, watch our tutorial Inflate the inner tube to low pressure, insert the valve, align the inner tube correctly in the tyre and make sure it does not get caught during installation.
To maintain your bike properly, it is important to know the exact dimensions of your tyres. This information can be found on the sidewall of the tyre (diameter and section). For example, 29x1.90 means a tyre with a diameter of 29 inches and a width of 1.90 inches. On the tyre sidewall you will also find the dimensions in mm in ETRTO international units. For example, 50-622 means that the tyre is 50mm wide with a 622mm internal diameter (approx. 29x2.00).
Before inflating, check the recommended pressure on the sidewall. While inflating, make sure the tyre is properly seated on the rim.
To avoid pinching, fit the tyre by hand, starting at the valve and working towards the opposite end.No tools are required.

Even a slightly cracked rim can cause frequent punctures. Even the slightest defect on the rim can compromise the safety of your wheel. A damaged rim is a common cause of invisible punctures. Always replace a damaged rim:it's a low-cost part with a big impact. It is better to replace it as a preventive measure rather than making a temporary repair.
B’TWIN tyre levers make it easy to remove damaged inner tubes.
