What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods:

What should I do if my payment isn't accepted?
Please try again after a short while. If your payment is still not accepted, please check your account balance. If everything seems fine, but you still can't make a payment, please contact us about the issue at support@decathlon.com.sa
How do I place an order on the website?
- Select a category from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.
- Select your favorite item and click "Add to Cart". Once all items are added, it's time to checkout under "View Cart" and then "Proceed to Checkout".
- Log in to your account, or if you haven't created an account yet, proceed to enter your email address and all required shipping information.
- Select your payment method and that's it.
- You will receive an order confirmation and your order will be prepared and shipped to you.
- You will receive an update once the order has shipped with a tracking number that will keep you informed every step of the way until it is delivered to your location.
How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?
You will also receive an email confirmation with your order number shortly after completing the payment process. Make sure to check your junk mail folder in case it doesn't arrive in your inbox. If you don't receive an order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us via live chat and we will be happy to resolve this issue.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are no longer able to add any other items to your order.
I accidentally placed my order with an incorrect shipping address. What should I do?
Contact customer service in live chat or email us immediately so we can correct your address before your order ships support@decathlon.com

The product I want is out of stock. When will it be available again?
We are constantly receiving new products and sometimes restocking them, so be sure to check back soon. Can't wait? You can browse similar styles and products in the meantime!
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is processed. To cancel, please send an email to support@Decathlon.com or contact our customer service in live chat.

Do you have the product in stock?
All products displayed on our website are available. The order lead time depends on the products and quantities.
Refund Policy:
Cash on Delivery (COD) Refund Process: The amount will be refunded as a voucher (discount code or store credit) applied to the website for the value of the returned product after verifying its condition.
Credit Card and Mada Payment Refund Process:
The amount will be credited back to the card used for payment. Typically, it takes 7 to 14 business days (depending on the card type and bank) for us to receive the product in our warehouses and verify its condition.
Refund process during promotions such as (Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 1 Get 1 Half Price...):
The customer must return all items that were part of the promotion to be eligible for a refund. If the customer returns only one item, we will not be able to refund the order value.
Shipping
Is international shipping available?
No, we do not offer this option at the moment.
What are the delivery fees?
This depends on the order amount. We offer free shipping for orders over SAR 250. For orders under SAR 250, a shipping fee of SAR 25 will apply.
You can view the shipping fees at checkout before payment.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Once your order is confirmed, we will ship it within two days. Delivery takes 2 to 4 days in major cities. For other cities, depending on your location, it may take 1 to 5 business days for you to receive your shipment.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment with the provided tracking number.
Do you have a click & collect option from the store?
Click & Collect is not currently available, but we will notify you once this option becomes available.
Will I need to pay any additional taxes?
VAT is included in the final purchase price when you place your order and there are no additional costs due on delivery.
My tracking number shows it as delivered, but I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If you see that the package has been delivered but you haven't received it, be sure to check your residence or with your neighbors or any other members of your household. The shipment may have been left in a safe place if you were not present at the time of delivery. If you are still unable to locate it, chat with us and we will be happy to investigate.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund (excluding delivery costs) on any items returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery, and we offer a free pickup service for all returns for your convenience.

Can you explain the return process?
We offer you the option of sending it back via courier. Visit our Returns Center and start the return process.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the items you want to return and complete the return request.
- Then, you will receive an email confirmation with the full details of your request and the attached air waybill.
- Once everything is complete, you will be contacted by the shipping company to pick up your package.
Do you have an option to return my order in stores?
This option is not currently available. We will notify you via email once this option becomes available. You must create an account to receive any updates from us.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will usually appear within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing time. Please note that we will initiate the refund from the date we receive your package in our warehouse.
Will shipping and fees be refunded upon return?
While we offer free returns for all orders, the delivery cost will not be included in the refund amount.
How do I create an account?
Creating an account with Decathlon is a great way to save your address information and keep track of your order history. Simply click on "My Account" at the top of any page on our site and follow the quick and easy steps.
How can I reset my password?
Please follow the "Forgot Password?" link on the "Login" page and enter your email address. Instructions on how to recover your password will be sent to your email.
How can I change my personal data or email address?
You can easily change all your information in your account. Go to the "Login" page and log in, then click "Account", select the information you want to change and click "Edit".
We are working hard to respond to all your inquiries as soon as possible. All your inquiries will be answered within 48 hours.
We may experience some delays in resolving issues. The maximum expected time to resolve an issue is 10 days.
