The semi-soft boot with 3D mesh is comfortable and stops too much moisture building up inside the skate. The new comfort foam and heel cushioning also make life more pleasant. The cuff (the part of the boot that comes up your leg) is stiff and comes far enough up to hold your ankle in place. Along with the triple fastening system (laces, micro-metric buckle, and strap), it holds your ankle snugly.
No, not with Oxelo. Decathlon's FIT500 inline skates glide along really nicely thanks to their aluminium frame (stiffer than a plastic frame transfers the skater's energy very well), ABEC 7 bearings, and new 80 mm rubber wheels (80 A hardness to give you more grip and comfort). The combination of the aluminium frame and the 80 mm rubber wheels gives you a good balance between pushing and glide quality. The frame can also take 84 mm wheels.
You can replace parts or repair your skates using the after-sales parts available in store, online and at your local Decathlon store's workshop. The parts you can change are the 80 mm 80A or 80 mm 84A wheels and the ABEC 7 or ABEC 9 bearings. The brake support is adaptable on both feet.
