The sports bra's support should be adapted to your activity. Our range comes in three levels: - Level 1: light support for activities that cause gentle breast movement (Pilates, stretching, strength training, etc.); - Level 3: medium support for activities that lead to a moderate level of bounce (dancing, fitness, cardio training, etc.); - Level 5: high support for activities involving intensive movements (step aerobics, running, trampolining, etc.).
To make it easier to put on your sports bra, we recommend fastening it in the front, then slipping the clasp around to the back. Then bring it up over the bust and slide on the straps as you would with a standard bra.
The tension created during sports activities stretches the skin and ligaments of the bust. Without adequate support, you're more likely to suffer from pain or premature sagging. On the other hand, too much support can also have harmful consequences. So your bra needs to have the right level of support for your cup size as well as for the intensity of the impacts.
