To carry it out: - Stand barefoot against a wall, back straight, feet apart (15-20 cm). - Slide a hardback book up between your legs up to the perineum. - Mark the top of the book, then measure the distance to the ground. That's your inside leg height: the basis for reliable and accurate sizing.
Calculate your ideal saddle height Measure your inside leg (from the ground to the top of a book), then multiply this figure by 0.883. Example: 89 cm × 0.883 = 78.6 cm This is the distance between the centre of the bottom bracket and the top of the saddle for a comfortable and effective riding position.
