Check that the 60 kg band is in good condition before you start exercising with it. If it shows signs of wear or has any whitened areas, we advise against using it as it could break during use. If you use the band to lighten yourself on a pull-up bar or dips bar, make sure that the attachment point is suitable and is not likely to come unhooked.

How to choose the weight training band best suited to your needs

The bands in our range each have a colour that corresponds to their resistance level. Blue:5 kg // Green: 15 kg // Yellow: 25 kg // Orange: 35 kg // Red: 45 kg // Black: 60 kg For strength training, start with a light resistance band (5 or 15 kg), then gradually increase the difficulty. To help you with pull-ups or dips, choose a high resistance. The greater the resistance, the more it'll help you.
