Could not recommend highly enough
Looks well made but not tried it yet not rain but looks good to keep out wind to
Great price and service. It fits my son(1.72cm).
Buy this for my son’s school trip. Do the job
Was trying to work out how to fold it into its own pocket After talking to decathlon I realised you have to turn pocket inside out first to tuck it inside
Got it for my son for a camping trip. He likes it.
This is good quality product, however couldn't understand the thought process around the front of the jacket where the lower and upper part not stitched instead attached through Velcro.
Very helpful staff
Ok product for the price. Does the job.
I actually bought this for myself even though it was for men. Perfect size for me and actually keeps you dry in heavy rain.
Did the job in light rain but I wouldn’t do much walking using it
Ideal for my needs at a fantastic price. Thin with actual holes rather than mesh vents for breathability but look at the price, you can't expect a Gortex made super duper bit of kit!

The fabric of this jacket has a waterproof rating of 2000mmThis jacket has been validated in a shower test under 60l of water/m²/h for 1h it protects you from a small downpour, i.e. 6cm of rain in 1hWe measure a fabric's resistance to water pressure expressed in terms of the height of a water column in mm (the ISO 811 standard)The higher the water pressure, the more waterproof the fabricA component with a waterproof rating of 2,000mm can withstand the pressure exerted by a 2,000mm water column.
Our product's fabric is extremely breathable - 12 TERThe breathability of a component is measured by its "Thermal Evaporative Resistance". This is its capacity to let out water vapour produced by the body during activity. The lower the Thermal Evaporative Resistance (TER), the higher the breathability of the fabric.TER < 9 = extremely breathable fabricRET <12 = very breathable fabricRET < 20 = breathable fabricRET > 20 = slightly to not at all breathable fabric.
Textile dyeing requires a lot of water but also produces waste water from the dye baths. To reduce this environmental impact, we chose to use a bulk-dyeing process that incorporates the colour pigments from the yarn manufacturing phase onwards: a dyeing process called "Dope dyeing".This process is used on the black (code 8573613) and navy (code 8382418) colours.
By recycling plastic bottles or used fabrics to produce our polyester, we reduce the use of petrol-based resources while maintaining the material's quality and performance during your hikes. We used recycled polyester fibres for the blue (code 8731534) and red (code 8731531) colours.
Our priority? That our hiking clothes fit all body shapes and figures! So that everyone who wants to can enjoy hiking trails in complete comfort. This is why this jacket is available from (S) to (4XL)
We changed the composition of our water repellent treatments in order to use technologies without perfluorocarbons (PFC).PFCs are used to make fabric water-repellent, however they are toxic to the environment and people. By substituting PFCs with other technologies giving the same level of performance, we are reducing the environmental impact.
To maintain a durable water-repellent fabric, we recommend reactivating it regularly.Do this every three washes (it is important to rinse abundantly) or after a dozen uses in the rain. You can easily reactivate the water repellent property by warming the fabric:- in a tumble dryer for 15 minutes (synthetic program) - with a hair dryer at a distance of 20 cm by going back and forth twice- or two passes with an iron on the delicate setting without the steam function.
During sports activity, the extent to which we perspire depends on the intensity or the duration of the physical effort If the breathability of the fabric is not adapted to your type of physical activity, the perspiration vapour condenses inside the jacket You will feel damp inside this is not rain coming through but perspiration vapour condensing You therefore need to choose a rain jacket according to your type of physical activity. This jacket is designed for 2-hour hikes at no more than 5km/h
To protect the lower body as well and have a very effective outfit to protect you against the wind and showers, we recommend the men's NH500 over-trousers. These over-trousers are also eco-designed (depending on the colour, a bulk dyeing process that reduces the consumption of water or recycled fibres are used)
