As the title says really it does a great job of shielding the sun whilst feeling really comfortable and effortless

I wear this year round for running as it keeps my hair out of my face, and keeps the elements at bay! Really comfortable to wear and allows your head to breathe, easy to wash (just throw it in the washing machine!) and still going strong after a year or so!
