How to use the product?

The massage ball can be used after sports for massaging yourself.For an effective massage, spend at least 5 minutes on each muscle group.You can massage yourself just after your outing, in the evening or even on the following day.Feel free to watch our videos that show you how to use the product on the different muscles being massaged.

How do you switch from a small single ball to a double ball?

Nothing could be easier. Just pull on the two parts of the single ball until you hear the "click" in order to transform it into a double ball!

How do you choose between the single or double mode?

In the single mode, it can be used to massage a specific tense or painful area, e.g. a trigger point. In double mode, it can be used to massage a wider area, e.g. the muscles along the backbone or the carves.

How to optimise my recovery

Good bit of kit

Easy to use, compact design. Surprisingly useful and good on pretty much anywhere. I would recommend having someone else use it on your back as that's a bit awkward on your own!
